The Red Envelope Project

Hello Citizens!
I heard about this project from Above Rubies and wanted to share it with you.
Here also is the Red Envelope website:

It is to bring to the attention of our President, Barack Obama, and his Presidential party the horrors of what they are doing and funding with our tax dollars. Like the powerful message of the red LIFE tape, an empty red envelope will send a message to Barack Obama that there is moral outrage in this country over the issue of choice over life. It will be quiet, but clear.
It is my wish that he will listen and realize the truth of abortion being wrong and how it is tearing our country down with every child that is murdered.

Here is what I would like you to do:

Get a red envelope. (You can buy them at Kinkos, at party supply stores, or you can make your own.)
On the front, address it to:
President Barack Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW
Washington, D.C. 20500

On the back, write the following message:
This envelope represents one child who died in abortion. It is empty because that life was unable to offer anything to the world. Responsibility begins with conception.

Some people had their kids draw pictures on the back too.

Put it in the mail, and send it. (Send as soon as possible so it can get there before tax day on April 15th.) NOTE: It will not be delivered unless it has a return address also.

I want with all my heart for abortion to end and for us as Americans to realize what is happening and how we can stop it. I believe the most important thing for us to do is to pray.
If you are questioning why abortion is wrong, what abortion is or are unsure of what you believe about it, please read this book.
Why Pro Life? by Randy Alcorn
Or you can get it HERE at
The people or doctors who are Pro Choice will not give you all the details of what happens in an abortion. This book will tell you exactly what abortion is and answer any questions you have.
If you know someone who is considering abortion, please give them a copy of this book.
Let us all try to end this tragedy.

Love in Christ,
