Here are a few more pictures of Christmas presents that I gave to people last year. I know, late late late! But I thought I'd show them anyway. Mostly to inspire myself to start on Christmas presents EARLY this year! :)
This is a tote for my friends laptop computer. She recently traveled to England on a mission trip so I thought she might like this. It was entirely made of fabrics already in my stash. It's a great "scrap-busting" project! I used some denim from my old jeans to make the detachable shoulder strap. Nice because it's so soft!
I quilted the back with red thread. I'm not too good with straight lines so I decided to make them wonky on purpose. :)
This red bird fabric is probably my favorite fabric that I have in my stash. I made a Lady Pirate Eye Patch out of it for our Etsy shop, Pretty Wit.
I made this tote bag for my sister-in-law. It was made from a pattern from the Last Minute Patchwork and Quilted Gifts book. One of my favorite books!
And from the same book I made this table cloth for my sister-in-law. It's a giant Log Cabin quilt block pattern.
Have a lovely day! We're off to the lake to cool off!

:) It's funny you just posted about this because I just took my laptop out of it and put all my purse contents into it because I haven't used my laptop much as it's sick...my totally awesome bag wasn't getting enough use so it's a temporary purse until my laptop is in use again. haha :) I love it so much!
These are beautiful! The flag bag is amazing, very handy looking. It is so nice to be inspired to start on some gifts early, thank you!
Anna! That is funny. Great minds. It's probably that hippie thing we went to...somehow our brains were like fused or something.. ha ha!
Adelheide..Thanks so much! :) Yes, I can't wait to see what you come up with to make for Christmas presents. Thanks for inviting us last night! We had such a great time even though we had to leave early. Good times! Movie NIGHT soon and sewing day too!
